Located in Cincinnati's West End neighborhood, you're far enough from the action that you can enjoy some peace and quiet, while being incredibly convenient (just minutes) to everything. It's been thoughtfully designed to feel like home, so that you can stay in and have a great time cooking, playing games, or relaxing; or going out into the city, just a few minutes' drive, on an adventure. LIVING AREA: One of the highlights of this house is the gorgeous living area, with an immaculate marble-faced Queen Anne fireplace and a lovely seating area. Unwind on the sofa, chat around drinks, hang out relax, and stream your favorites on the smart TV. KITCHEN: The well-appointed kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a longer stay, featuring an open layout that connects to the living and dining areas. DINING AREA: The gorgeous marble dining table from Arhaus will wow your friends and family and is perfect for group dinners or card and board games. It easily seats six people, or eight people if you're willing to squeeze in a little bit. OUTDOOR AREA: A great outdoor patio for relaxing and unwinding. The lawn is fully gated and can be used for your pup so long as he or she doesn't make noise that disturbs our neighbors. BATHROOMS: Two full bathrooms on the first floor.
