Our condo offers abundant room, a spacious kitchen, a full bathroom, and access to a washer and dryer shared with other condo owners in the property.

This second-floor walk-up is a large 1-bedroom condo with plenty of space for relaxing, doing yoga, or whatever it is that your heart desires. You'll have central AC and heat, a spacious kitchen, a king bed, and a large-screen TV.

Walkable to everything OTR has to offer and 2 blocks from the FREE Streetcar stop on Main Street, to reach downtown/Banks/Sports/Fountain Square, etc.

Our Airbnb is located in the vibrant entertainment district of the city, which means you'll have easy access to a wide range of restaurants, bars, and entertainment options right at your doorstep.

However, we would like to kindly inform you that due to its central location, our property may experience some noise from the surrounding nightlife, particularly on weekends or during special events. Additionally, our Airbnb is situated above a bar, so there may be some noise associated with that as well, however it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. This has not been an on-going issue for many of our guests, which can be seen in our many 5 star reviews, however we want to be as transparent as possible!
