Walk Everywhere From This Newly Renovated Condo

Place was in pristine condition. Location at OTR is in a perfect spot. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants. Short drive to the aquarium in Newport and GABP. These were two things we had planned and the short drives were very easy. Washington Park is a 5 min walk. Janet reached out a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything was going good. Was very satisfied with the space, one of nicest AB&B’s we have stayed at. The only two knocks are the stairs going up are fairly steep but manageable. I had a knee replacement in March and my knee tolerated them well. It is a climb though. The other would be parking. Very grateful that garage parking is available, but it is a five minute walk so I suggest parking on Race ST unloading bags then parking car. We got lucky since it was 4th of July weekend parking Fri-Sun was free so I parked on Race ST just a 30 second walk. Overall great experience and highly recommend.

Had such a great stay here! The apartment is very centrally located and easy to walk to restaurants and bars. It was quiet and clean, with great AC! Janet was very responsive and always quick to answer questions.

We appreciated Janet's quick response to questions, the cleanliness of the apartment, and the location close to lots of great restaurants. The connector is a great service. We ate at Pepp & Delores, Sotto, and Allez. All of them were wonderful, especially Sotto, neat the Arnoff Art Center, 1/2 block away from a Connector stop.
