This upstairs unit is fully furnished and 2 stories with 2 bedrooms, 1 full and 1 half bath, a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. You will also have access to laundry in the 2nd floor bathroom. The other portion of the duplex is below this unit and is accessed via the side stairs down to the back of the house. There may be other guests or us in that lower unit. Each bedroom has a (VERY comfortable) queen sized bed and full closet with hangers. You also have an ironing board and iron. In the kitchen, you'll have all you need to cook - including silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans, refrigerator, oven, microwave, Keurig & coffee/tea. We also have cooking oils, salt, pepper and some spices. Parking is free and on the street. You shouldn’t have any issue getting a spot!
