The University of Cincinnati, FCC soccer stadium local hospitals are walking distance or a short Uber away. You will have stunning views of the city from your balcony off the kitchen!
Please keep in mind this area is undergoing revitalization & in the city so you’ll hear all the typical city noise! We want to ensure a good fit
This duplex was renovated in 2017 and has great views of the city on the outdoor balcony, equipped with plenty of seating for you and your guests. This upstairs unit is fully furnished and 2 stories with 2 bedrooms, 1 full and 1 half bath, a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. You will also have access to laundry in the 2nd floor bathroom. The other portion of the duplex is below this unit and is accessed via the side stairs down to the back of the house. There may be other guests or us in that lower unit.
Each bedroom has a (VERY comfortable) queen sized bed and full closet with hangers. You also have an ironing board and iron.
In the kitchen, you'll have all you need to cook - including silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans, refrigerator, oven, microwave, Keurig & coffee/tea. We also have cooking oils, salt, pepper and some spices.
Parking is free and on the street. You shouldn’t have any issue getting a spot!
Don’t hesitate to message, call or text us with any questions, concerns or issues!
Over-the-Rhine (OTR) is known as one of the nation's premier historic districts with significant growth and revitalization in recent years, including the Cincinnati Bell Connector (street car), a continually growing brewery district, Washington Park, Findlay Market, and countless restaurants, bars and shops.
If you walk down the Ohio Ave steps adjacent to the property, you'll find yourself steps away from Northern Row brewery, Skeleton Root Urban Winery, Rhinegeist Brewery, Odd Fellows Liquor Bar, Urban Axes (Axe Throwing), the street car, Findlay Market, and over 20-30 restaurants and shops.
You can drive, walk, take an Uber or walk to the street car.
The Cincinnati Bell Connector (street car) has 2 stations nearby - one at Elm and Findlay and another at Race and Elder, right by Findlay Market (see map in photos).
We love and welcome animals! However, there is a pet fee to cover the additional cleaning necessary. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing any pets.
It is our pleasure to accept service dogs.
Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service dog.
- Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?
- What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for a service dog, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or dog.
Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. The animal must be under control of the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.
