Cincinnati, OH
Renovated 1 Bed w/ Terrace-OTR, UC, Findlay Market
About the property
Our apt has a “cabin in the woods” vibe on a hill in Over-the-Rhine with a private terrace & cozy seating. You’re steps from Findlay Market, breweries, bars, restaurants and shops. The University of Cincinnati & FCC soccer stadium are walking distance or a short Uber away. We’re also down the hill from all major hospitals (Children’s, UC, Christ).
*Please keep in mind the area is undergoing revitalization & in the city so you’ll hear all the typical city noise! We want to ensure a good fit 😊
This home is a duplex and was renovated in 2017 with a cozy outdoor terrace. This lower level unit is fully furnished and an open concept with a bedroom, a full bathroom, a stocked kitchen, living room, and dining room.
The bedroom has a (VERY comfortable) queen size bed with Casper medium memory foam mattress and full closet with hangers, iron, fan and extra blankets.
In the kitchen, you'll have all you need to cook - including silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, pots and pans, refrigerator, oven, microwave, Keurig & coffee/tea. Please let us know in advance if there are other items you may need!
Entrance to this unit will be around the back by taking the stairs to the right of the house.
Parking is free and on the street. You shouldn’t have any issue getting a spot!
Please request the code for our laundry closet - this is typically locked but we can grant access if you wish to use the washer & dryer.
Don’t hesitate to message, call or text us with any questions, concerns or issues!
