Conveniently located next door to a Streetcar stop, Rhinegeist, and Findlay Market, this newly renovated condo is the perfect home base for urban explorers. If you love small cafes, intimate artisanal restaurants, breweries and bars then this is the place for you.

Bringing this historic building back to life has been a three-year labor of love. We preserved the 1890s ceiling stencils of Bavaria and Hohenzollern Castle and intermingled them with marbled quartz countertops, brand new appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer and a comfy-cozy bed. We installed window coverings since these photos were taken (May 2021).
