Inside, The Carriage House is your personal oasis from the action. The Bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a day bed perfect for lounging under the dramatic skylight. The living room couch is comfortable and large, and an air mattress can be provided for additional guests upon request.

The bathroom has a private WC, glamorous clawfoot tub, and separate oversized shower.

The kitchen includes a full oven and range, microwave, coffee-maker, dishwasher, TV, and bar-height seating for five. The perfect space for mingling, the kitchen and living room share one large space with herringbone wood floors, high ceilings, and lots of natural light.

The entry, which doubles as a lovely work space for those in need of an office, is outfitted with beautiful shelves stocked with plenty of books. Cold drinks for sale are available in the fridge for easy access on your way in our out.

You will have access to the entire apartment.

The Carriage House is in the gorgeous Pendleton neighborhood of downtown Cincinnati. Just steps from all the entertainent and nightlife OTR has to offer, with plenty of historical italianette charm.

You can walk amost anywhere in OTR from our location. The Street has a stop just a block and a half away on Main Street as well!

The second bed on the listing is the sofa in the living room, and we also provide an air mattress for additional guests. Guests should be aware that Bar Saeso's patio is busy and plays music during operating hours, but closes at 10:00 pm to allow for a quiet late evening.

Please note, we welcome guests of all ages, but parents may find the proximity to Bar Saeso and lively patio environment unsuitable for children.
