Each of the two homes has a fully-stocked kitchen, a living room, and dining area. You're steps from Ziegler Park and less than a block to your neighborhood cafe, ice cream, and some restaurants. You're also only a 5 minute walk to Main Street OTR and just a few more minutes beyond that to Vine Street OTR

Pendleton / Ziegler Park is arguably the best neighborhood in all of downtown. It's safe and clean but only a short walk to everything that Over the Rhine and downtown have to offer. You can walk pretty much anywhere from here. You're right on Ziegler Park, a five minute walk to Main Street, and less than a ten minute walk to Vine Street. You'll find yourself a mile from Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium.

It's so easy to get around -- walk everywhere if you'd like. If walking isn't your thing, you'll find plenty of Lime and Bird scooters, Redbike stations, and of course there's public transit. Alternatively you can use your vehicle.
