The apartment itself is three stories. The living room, dining room, and kitchen is on the first floor, while the bedrooms are on floors two and three. We have a fully-stocked kitchen and a spacious living room. The primary bedroom has a king bed, three of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the fourth has a full sized trundle bed under the queen.
