You'll find dozens of restaurants, bars and breweries, cafes, and ice cream parlors within a 5-minute walk. And with a parking pass for Ziegler Garage included, it's convenient too!

The micro-efficiency is a partitioned off, private subdivision of another apartment that is reserved 100% for your use. You'll have your own private entryway, your own bathroom and shower, and you'll never see or interact with the residents in the other part of the house. Come and go any time you'd like using a keypad.

Please note that because this is a private section of a larger home, you won't have direct access to the thermostat. However, it stays nice and cold during the summer (you'll find plenty of extra blankets in case it's too cold) and warm during the winter

Pendleton / Ziegler Park is arguably the best neighborhood in all of downtown. It's safe and clean but only a short walk to everything that Over the Rhine and downtown have to offer. You can walk pretty much anywhere from here. You're right on Ziegler Park, less than a five minute walk to Main Street, and less than a ten minute walk to Vine Street. You'll find yourself a mile from Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium.

It's so easy to get around -- walk everywhere if you'd like. If walking isn't your thing, you'll find plenty of Lime and Bird scooters, Redbike stations, and of course there's public transit. Alternatively you can use your vehicle.
