Great space and great host !
As other have mentioned, the layout is a bit odd, but it ended up being great for a group of 5 because we all had common spaces to gather in but also had privacy when we were not together. Location is great for exploring OTR by foot. Chris and Chris were proactive with instructions and provided helpful local recommendations.
Super walkable area with great places to grab drinks + bites.
