Clean & Bright 2BR near downtown

Ok Place, very first 2-3 weeks the smell of weed coming from a different unit was really noticeable, when I first checked in the unit had a smell like curry also. Parking lot might be busy sometimes, Ok unit I think it might need a little bit more of upgrades like better beds, mattress and definitely a Vacuum, being a pet friendly unit a vacuum is a necessity. I stayed here for about 2 months and it was ok.

While Chris and Chris were very sweet and very responsive, the rest of the few months stay at their location was not what my husband and I expected. The apartment itself does not look like the posted pictures. There is broken furniture- the master bed frame and one of the three barstools. The A/C leaks. The washer and dryer in the unit above caused a leak into our apartment which stained the ceiling and was flooding the laundry room. It just feels like a lack of maintenance. The parking spots are taken by nearby business employees and/or neighbors. The noise level is loud. We dealt with parties into the night, loud neighbors, and fights in the parking lot. I wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay like ours was. But, Chris was always responsive when I reached out and was always professional.
