You're a 5-minute drive north of downtown, located off of a main road. While the immediate neighborhood isn't particularly walkable, it's easy to park your car in Over the Rhine or downtown and walk around or take the streetcar for the day.

By vehicle, it's very easy to get around from here. Alternatively, if you are heading to OTR or downtown for the day, you can park your car and walk everywhere or take the streetcar (FREE!).
